By registering for or using StockMyFx services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Services Provided

StockMyFx offers managed Forex trading services where our professional traders trade on your behalf by securely connecting to your broker account using your trading ID and password. We also provide Forex education courses to help users learn trading skills.

3. User Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate and complete information when connecting your broker account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You agree not to use our services for any unlawful or fraudulent activities.
• You acknowledge that Forex trading involves risk and you may lose part or all of your invested capital.

4. Risk Disclosure

Forex trading is highly speculative and involves significant risk. Past performance of our traders does not guarantee future results. You should carefully consider your financial situation and risk tolerance before using our managed trading services.

5. Profit Sharing

Profits generated from managed trading will be shared according to the terms agreed upon during account setup. StockMyFx does not guarantee any specific profit or return.

6. Account Security and Privacy

We take your account security seriously. Your broker login credentials are encrypted and never shared with third parties except for our professional traders who trade on your behalf. Please review our Privacy Policy for more details on data handling.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and software on StockMyFx are the property of StockMyFx or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

StockMyFx and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including losses from trading activities.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time for violations of these Terms or for any reason without prior notice.

10. Changes to Terms

StockMyFx may update these Terms periodically. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the new Terms on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which StockMyFx operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Refer Commission For Staking 5%

Users who refer others to StockMyFx will receive a 5% commission on the referred user's staking amount. This commission is part of our affiliate reward program aimed at encouraging platform growth.

13. The Minimum Deposit is 20$

To start using StockMyFx services, users must deposit a minimum of $20 into their connected account.

14. Wallet Only USDT BEP-20

Currently, StockMyFx only supports USDT (BEP-20) wallets for deposits and withdrawals. Users must ensure compatibility before making any transactions.

15. Minimum Withdraw 20$

Users must accumulate at least $20 in their available balance to request a withdrawal from the platform.

16. Trade Generation 25%

Our professional trading team targets a monthly trade generation rate of up to 25%, although actual performance may vary based on market conditions.

17. Minimum Staking $50

To participate in the managed trading system, users must stake a minimum of $50. Lower balances are not eligible for automated trading services.

18. Withdraw Charge 2$

Each withdrawal processed through StockMyFx will incur a flat $2 service charge, which covers transaction and handling costs.

19. Trade Closed Per Month

Trades executed through our managed system are typically closed once per month, ensuring strategic decisions based on optimal market timing.
